One of the favourite amongst our deli team, Spenwood has a rounder, gentler flavour than most other sheep's milk cheeses. Often compared to Pecorino, this nutty cheese would be perfect grated on pasta but is just as good on a cheeseboard.
Made with pasteurised ewe's milk & vegetarian rennet.
